1. I would like to ask you if it's possible to have my logo on the product.
SuiYi is very supportive of logo customization service. But hopefully you know that this is an additional service, so there is an additional cost.
2. How long does it take to deliver the goods after payment has been made?
Generally, we will dispatch the goods within 3-5 working days after the customer's payment has been received.
3. Do you accept OEM or ODM customization? Do you offer design support?
Customization is accepted as long as the MOQ for OEM or ODM is met (please ask customer service for details) and design support can be provided.
